Pilates is not just an exercise system, but a way of getting to know one's body and a system to find balance. When I say balance, I mean it in all senses of the word: physically, emotionally in a sense of well being, balance in the three curves of the spine, balance of muscle strength and flexibility and knowing one's balance by shifting the center of gravity.

Each session must be designed to fit the particular client both as it relates to their long term needs, as well as to the way they are feeling that day when they come into the studio. An adept instructor can devise an entirely new plan at a moment's notice. Experience and keen perception allows me to provide my clients with those advantages. 

Teaching Pilates is more than a profession for me, it is a passion. I love what I do and my heart is in each session 100%. Although I have been teaching professionally since 1999, I never cease to develop and learn. Each person who comes into my life enhances my knowledge and brings about a deeper understanding of how the body moves, adapts and evolves over time.
