Summer has been heating up, and now we're experiencing afternoon thunderstorms (which used to be the norm here in Provence). The region is beginning to see its influx of tourists. We've already hit the beach and my, does the water of the Mediterranean seem salty! It takes very little effort to float. In fact I tried some Pilates movements and I could really feel the support of the sea. Maybe I should develop a salt water routine -- and offer it to those going on vacation :)
